Slices of peeled raw almonds

Created by cutting the almonds lengthwise into slices. They are used primarily as a salad topping, an ingredient in cereal products or as a garnish in savoury dishes, ice creams and baked goods. The thickness options available are:
  • 0.7–0.9 mm, which is standard
  • 0.4–0.6 mm, 1–1.2 mm and 1.2–1.5 mm can be manufactured, as well as other sizes.
Available in different breakage levels according to need: 20 %, 60 %, etc. The most common almond sizes used for sliced almonds are: 23/25 and 27/30.
