Toasted almond slices

Sliced almonds, perfectly cut and roasted, are particularly suitable for decorating biscuits, cakes and ice creams, giving the final product an attractive and delicious finish. The thickness options available are:

• 0,7-0,9 mm, which is standard
• 0.4–0.6 mm, 1–1.2 mm and 1.2–1.5 mm can be manufactured, as well as other sizes.

Available in different breakage levels according to need: 20 %, 60 %, etc. The most common almond sizes used for sliced almonds are 23/25 and 27/30.
